Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original sustainable packaging to ensure a safe journey back to us.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Relax
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
